Responsibilities

As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant’s Success! You will lead your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. Great hiring, training, and retention are key to reaching sales and profit goals. You will be responsible for ensuring your restaurant delivers top results.

  • Lead, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team
  • Uphold Arby’s brand standards for food safety, service, and cleanliness
  • Model and reinforce Company Core Values and exceptional customer service
  • Manage scheduling, staffing levels, inventory, and cash controls
  • Support hiring efforts through interviews, onboarding, and ongoing development
  • Monitor and manage food and labor costs to achieve profitability goals
  • Work closely with your District Manager to implement operational action plans
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, DOL, etc.)

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • At least 1 year of restaurant General Manager Experience
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs (up to 50 lbs with assistance)
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background screening in accordance with applicable law.
