CREW

Position Description

CREW RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work as part of a team to provide service to our guests.
• Operate in accordance with established performance and operating standards as set out in the OSM and Team Member Handbook.
• Serve our customers quality food.
• Meet or exceed all service standards.
• Present a pleasant, good-natured attitude to every customer.
• Replenish and rotate supplies.
• Keep the parking lot, lobby, dining room, kitchen, and restrooms clean.
• Arrive for work on time on those days designated on the schedule.
• Be dressed in a clean and proper uniform.
• Perform such other duties, as directed by the manager.
• Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.

• Must be at least fourteen (14) years of age

SHIFT MANAGER

Position Description

A Shift Manager assists in the aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to the following:

• Food Safety, Guest Safety, Team Safety
• Customer Satisfaction
• Motivation
• Inventory Control / Record Keeping
• Retention
• Training Employees

SHIFT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Food Safety, Guest Safety, Team Safety.
• Ensuring company policies are followed.
• Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
• Training and developing new employees.
• Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
• Achieve speed of service standards for their shift.
• Providing leadership and direction to all employees.
• Work positions to provide service to our guests.
• Ensuring product quality and availability.
• Working closely with the store manager to lead staff.
• Assisting customers whenever necessary.
• Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
• Taking disciplinary action when necessary.
• Completing tasks assigned by upper management accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining stores to standards, including stocking and cleaning.
