Eligibility & Payment

Referrals must be submitted through Workday prior to candidate applying. An email will be sent to the candidate with a link to complete their application. Team Members and Shift Managers are eligible for all levels of referrals. Managers are eligible for referrals for the same level or above their current role. Both team members must be employed with Inspire Brands at the time of payment. Current and former team members are not eligible to be referred. Bonus will be paid after 90 days of employment. All bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
